Return Policy

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, a client who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the product – except for situations specified in Article 38 of this Act, in particular:

– when the product was made according to the client’s individual specifications (e.g., personalized stickers), – when it was delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons, – when, after delivery, it was inseparably combined with other items.

To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, please inform the Seller, Kacper Nieć, conducting business under the name Kacper Nieć, with its registered office at ul. Księcia Witolda 49/15, 50-202 Wrocław, NIP: 7171841566, REGON: 527125920, of your decision by sending an email to: contact@pradem.eu or by mail to the registered office address.

Warranty and Complaints

The seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of product delivery.

In the event of identifying a defect, the client has the right to:

– file a complaint via email or in writing, – request repair, replacement, or a refund, – submit a complaint also in a simplified form (e.g., based on a sample form).

Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days.
